TFS awarded being Sweden’s best workplace

TFS Trial Form Support International (TFS) has been awarded “Sweden’s best workplaces” by the Swedish business
magazine Veckans Affärer.

The comprehensive survey was conducted during second half of 2009 in collaboration with the large American periodical
Working Mother that each year lists the 100 Best Companies.

The aim was to list the 100 best working places in Sweden but only 50 companies did pass the tough conditions required
to be recognized as a modern company. Out of the 50 companies that passed the requirements, 40 companies where
large corporations and 10 companies where small and midsized corporations.

“Being a company where the true asset is the human capital then obviously receiving recognition like this is satisfying
and strongly motivating for all our employees but especially for our managers having line management responsibility.
It’s always encouraging when our internal efforts within the human resource area are being noted and published by
external reputed surveys” said Mr. Daniel Spasic, Chief Executive Officer at TFS.

112 companies participated in the comprehensive survey done by Veckans Affärer that addressed questions regarding
statistics which is normally not supported by the current administrative systems. The companies did receive scores
based on 49 different parameters such as; gender distribution among management, applicable recruitment- and working
policies, career development opportunities and the salary spread between genders. The companies were also measured
by the employment terms offered, parent-friendly meeting policy and gender equality.
