NeuroVive moving to the Medicon Village
NeuroVive moves its headquarters to the newly established Medicon Village, Astra Zeneca's former premises in Lund, with the aim to get NeuroVive access to appropriate office space, laboratory facilities, and various important service functions such as logistics for conferences and business meetings.
Mikael Brönnegård comments: "NeuroVive has grown in the past year, which has made demands on both the organization and local issue. In light of this, it is with pleasure I can say that we are now moving into a new and exciting industrial biotechnology and drug development environment that will promote NeuroVive’s continued development as a pharmaceutical company. Interaction with other companies in the Medical Village and access to various services will create good conditions for our daily activities. "
Head of Research Eskil Elmer said: "Medicon Village is a flexible environment where small businesses can grow. For NeuroVive, the availability of commercial laboratory space is important, since we are entering an active phase of development in cooperation with Selcia and to-BBB. NeuroVive research and development unit at Medicon Village will excellently complement the ongoing cooperation with the Department of mitochondrial pathophysiology of Lund University. "
