TIEGEN COLLEGE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BUILDING OF THIS DECADE
Dec. 14, 2009 | Topic: Property and ConstructionAccording to architecture reviewer Karsten Ifversen at Politiken journal, the Tietgen College in Ørestad is without question this decade’s most beautiful building.
Politiken’s architecture reviewer has made his own personal Top 10 ranking of the 00’s most successful architecture and both first, second and tenth rankings are held by buildings in Ørestad City.
First ranking goes to the Tietgen College (architecture company Lundgaard & Tranberg). Second is the concert house in DR-City (Jean Nouvel and Velhelm Lauritzen Architects) and tenth is the Mountain Dwellings (Plot (JDS/BIG)).
