DANISH PRISON DRAMA TO COMPETE AT ROTTERDAM INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Dec. 31, 2009 | Topic: Creative and entertainmentMichael Noer and Tobias Lindholm’s ”R” is to have world premiere in the competition programme at Rotterdam’s film festival which is to be held on 27 January-7 February 2010.
Rotterdam International Film Festival which is one of the attractive places for films to have international premiere has selected Tobias Lindholm and Michael Noer’s “R” for Tiger Awards Competition.
The competition programme concentrates on creative films and first appearance directors and the holding of competition during the week up to Berlin International Film Festival means that films by new directors which would not have had much attention at Berlin will have an extra opportunity to be spotted and to be mentioned among film reviewers and purchasers.
Rene Ezra and Tomas Radoor have produced “R” for Nordisk Film with support from New Danish Screen.
