COPCADEMY AT COPENHAGEN CAPACITY
CopCAdemy is a one year talent program, which will offer personal and professional challenges, as well as valuable experiences in a dynamic, global environment. From day one you will work as an integrated part of our team, offering you a unique opportunity to learn about business, cleantech, research, innovation and the importance of networks.The program is separated into two parts. In the first half of the program you will experience on-the job learning, closely monitored and supported by your mentor. In the second half of the program you will be working within specific areas, and given an independent role in your team. All of this is designed for developing your talent in the best possible manner, also allowing you to gather empirical data for your master thesis. We believe that the best way to develop your personal growth and talent is by creating a link between your on-the-job learning and the topic of your master thesis. By writing your master thesis in close cooperation with Copenhagen Capacity, you will gain access to large database of knowledge and an extensive network.
For all positions, we are looking for outgoing, independent, analytical and structured individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A curious and driven personality is a key necessity as you can expect a steep learning curve. We expect you be interested in and enthusiastic about creating growth and innovation in Denmark.
