BUSINESS AREAS

Greve municipality is home to several well-functioning business parks with mixed industries. Greve town centre has an industrial area which hosts mostly traditional trades and industrial businesses, where a strong inter-business collaboration benefits the entire area. On the outskirts of the town, three additional business parks are located west of the motorway. Each of these business parks is located on a motorway exit, making road access to the parks easy. Several large international and Danish corporations have already chosen to locate activities in this area due to the ease of access, including Swedish clothing company H&M, children's toy retailer TopToy, cosmetics manufacturer L'Oreal, and Danish shipping company Blue Water Shipping.

The business parks host many different types of companies, but in particular businesses which need spacious surroundings, ease of road access and which benefit from close proximity to Copenhagen. The Greve Main and Ventrupparken business parks still have municipally owned sites available.

Greve municipality is also home to the Development Park Øresund innovation park, which has a local office hotel for start-ups and a concentration of smaller businesses in modern, centrally located facilities. Development Park Øresund was originally a municipal initiative, but is today an independent organisation.
