For the moment Ballerup Municipality has only a few spare sites for sale.

Next to Novo Nordisk R+D in the western part of the municipality, we can offer you a prepared site of app. 30,000 sqm.

And next to the medical company Origio – on the corner of Måløv Byvej and Knardrupvej by Kildedal station further west, we can offer you another prepared site also of app. 30,000 sqm.

Both sites are reserved for offices and laboratories. Heavy production would not be allowed. The price for these sites is DKK 750 (approx. EUR 100) per square metre and the plot ratio is 50 per cent.

Are you searching a site where also industrial production are allowed, we can offer a third site of app. 18.000 sqm. just north east of the suburban train-station. The price is DKK 650 (approx. EUR 87) per square metre and the plot ratio is 50 per cent.
