Trial Form Support Acquires Clinical Data Care

Swedish CRO Trial Form Support International, TFS, AB has acquired Clinical Data Care, based in Lund, Sweden. The acquisition makes TFS the largest CRO in Scandinavia and one of the largest in Europe.

TFS focuses on five different business areas; Risk Sharing & Partnering, Phase I trials, Phase II and III Trials Registration, Phase IV Trials Post Marketing, and Contract Placement, which together cover all aspects and phases of drug development. These business areas are specially designed and developed for life science companies targeting drug development.
